Health & Life Coach
I am a certified health and life coach. I am also certified in the CIJ Clarity Catalyst, powerful life-changing journey based on a Stanford University Master's Degree Program. I am a Lifelong learner that is passionate about living my best life and helping others do the same. I am married and have been so for 30 years and have 2 beautiful children. I live life in faith knowing God will lead me in helping others live out their God-given potential. Which I believe is to live life with passion and have vitality to live your best life no matter what circumstances come your way.
My journey started in 2014 when my world came crashing down when I heard the words "your son has cancer". My son was diagnosed with an incurable cancer at the age of 16 and at that moment my life changed forever. I saw first hand how hard it was to see my son suffer knowing I couldn't do anything to take his disease away. But then in that moment God reminded me of my faith and to never give up. So even though I couldn't take my son's cancer away I knew I had to support him mentally and physically. Not only for my son but for my daughter and husband who were also hurting.
So I learned how changing to a healthy lifestyle with mindfulness training will help not only my son thrive but my whole family. Cancer tried to take my family down but I wouldn't let it. We then decided to start a non-profit organization helping children affected by cancer. As the Vice President of this organization, I know how a diagnosis of cancer for your child can be devastating. I have learned through helping these families emotionally through mindfulness training help them to thrive. Remember we are most qualified to help the person we used to be and that God doesn't call the qualified he qualifies the called.
Cancer started this journey but it will never end it and I will continue to help others breakthrough to the other side of their best life because I am qualified to do so and living proof it can be done. My son is still thriving today even though he is on a daily chemo he continues to work on his health and mindset every day. We might not have a cancer diagnosis but we let fear be our cancer and stop us from living our best life. But the choice is yours to push through that fear and I am here to tell you that you can! The rest of your life is the best of your life so let's make it happen together!
